










Rules
1. This association shall be known as the St Austell and District Football & Netball Association and shall be open to all Primary Schools in the St Austell area and other schools who shall be invited to join the Association by the Committee.
2. The Annual General Meeting (A.G.M.) shall be held not later than the 1st Friday in July and each member school shall be entitled to send two voting representatives (one for football, one for netball) to such meetings. In the event of a tie the Chairman shall have a casting vote. Notices of any proposed alteration of the rules shall be sent to the secretary by 1st June in writing and notified to schools with the notice of the A.G.M. Any member of the Committee may call an Emergency General Meeting (E.G.M.) when considered necessary.
3. The Officers to be elected annually shall be: Chairman; Vice Chairman, Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer.
4. The Emergency Committee shall consist of Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.
5. In the case of a clash of dates or times, the order of preference of games shall be (a) County Shield games
(b) St. Austell & District League games (c) other games.
6. A boy or girl may only play for the school on whose register his or her name appears.
7. All games shall be played in accordance with the rules as laid down by the Council of the E.S.F.A.
and All England Netball Association.
8. The Committee shall have power to deal with any matter not provided for in the foregoing rules.
9. The rules may only be altered at the A.G.M. or at an Emergency General Meeting (E.G.M.).
10. Any member school of this Association, who is eligible for the County Diamond ‘C’ Football competition, will be classed as a large school.
11. All schools who wish to be members of this Association must pay an affiliation fee which will be set at the Annual General Meeting.
12. Trophies and medals will be provided for the annual football and netball tournaments by the Association. Although team trophies will be made available for all league winners, schools must purchase their own individual medals.
