About us

The St. Austell & District Football & Netball Association consists of 12 schools, split into two leagues according to their size....

Teams play home and away against each other, providing 10 matches per season. Winners and runners-up in each league compete in a Championship Play-off at the end of the season. Various friendly matches can also be arranged.

In football, which is 7-a-side, there is an A Team, B Team and Year 4 League for Large Schools but no B Team league for Small Schools.

In High Five netball, just an A Team League but B team friendlies are also played.

There are three tournaments: 5-a-side Football, Girls Football and High Five Netball.

A representative St. Austell & District League Football Team (a squad of the best 10 boys from the area) is entered in the Cornwall District 7-a-side Tournament, which is usually held at Biscovey in November.

There are two meetings per year: an End of Season Meeting in March and the Annual General Meeting in July, both normally held at the school of the Chairman, currently St.  Mewan School.
